Wounds

For minor open wounds and grazes — clean, treat, protect.

Use the included wound spray to clean and wash out any dirt and bacteria.

Cover the area with a plaster to protect it while it heals.

Seek medical help if:
The wound is deep, won’t stop bleeding, shows signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus), or you’re not up to date on tetanus shots.

Cuts

For small cuts — control bleeding, clean, and cover.

Apply pressure
Press a clean cloth firmly on the cut for a few minutes to stop the bleeding.

Clean
Rinse the cut with the wound spray to remove dirt and bacteria.

Cover
Apply a plaster or bandage to keep the cut clean and protected.

Seek medical help if:
The cut is deep or gaping, bleeding doesn’t stop after 10 minutes of pressure, or it was caused by a dirty or rusty object.

Burns

For minor burns — cool the skin, protect, and cover loosely.

Run the burn under cool (not cold) running water for at least 10 minutes.

Protect
Apply a thin layer of burn gel to soothe the skin and aid healing.

Cover
Loosely cover with a non-stick dressing — never wrap tightly.

Seek medical help if:
The burn is larger than your palm, blisters heavily, looks white or charred, or affects the face, hands or joints.

Nose Bleed

For a sudden nosebleed — sit forward, pinch, and hold.

Lean forward
Sit up and tilt your head slightly forward — never tip it back.

Pinch
Pinch the soft part of the nose firmly and hold for a full 10 minutes without releasing.

Cool down
Apply a cold compress to the bridge of the nose to help slow the bleeding.

Seek medical help if:
Bleeding continues past 20 minutes, follows a head injury, or nosebleeds happen frequently and heavily.

Sprain

For a sprain — rest, ice, compress, and elevate (RICE).

Stop the activity right away and avoid putting weight on the joint.

Ice
Apply an ice pack wrapped in cloth for 15–20 minutes to reduce swelling.

Compress & elevate
Wrap with a supportive bandage and raise the joint above heart level.

Seek medical help if:
You can’t bear any weight, heard or felt a pop, or the joint looks deformed or swells severely.

Fracture

For a suspected fracture — immobilize, cool, and get help fast.

Don’t move the injured area — support it in place with a splint or sling.

Apply a cloth-wrapped ice pack nearby to ease swelling and pain.

Get help
Keep the person still and seek emergency medical care immediately.

Any suspected fracture needs medical care right away — especially with visible deformity, numbness, or bone breaking the skin.

Insect Bite

For a bite or sting — remove, clean, and soothe.

Remove stinger
Scrape it out sideways with a card edge — avoid squeezing or tweezing it.

Clean
Wash the area with the wound spray to remove venom residue and bacteria.

Cool & soothe
Apply a cold compress or after-bite cream to ease itching and swelling.
